To ensure your pleasant foreign exchange, mase sure you have all your important things with you:
- identity card (EU citizens) or valid passport (non-EU citizens)
- visa (if applicable)
- papers from your travel insurance company (if you're insured in your home country)
- foreign criminal records certificate (non-EU citizens)
- at least 3 or 4 photos of yourself in ID-card format (3 x 3.5cm)
- power converter (if there are different power otlets in your home country) - you can check it here.
- cell phone, camera, e-book reader, favourite plush toy.... whatever you need
- pajamas, swimsuit, sport/tourit clothes
- footwear suitable for sport and hiking
- backpack
- some item to present your country (e.g. flag, t-shirt or national drink)
- prescribed medication (if necessary)
- good mood!
